The EmptyLayout provides a minimal layout with no extra ui apart from the main content.
Is is intended as a starting point to build your own layouts, by copying and modifying it as needed.

Meta
The layout adds some appropriate meta tags to the <head> of the page, like title, description, keywords and more. For more info, read the Page Layouts docs.
